It takes a lot of wrong roads to reach the right one.

The important thing is to realise that we need to change course once we know it isn’t the one we’re meant for. It is quite tricky figuring that one out. For some of us, it takes an entire lifetime to realise that. So, what do we do in the meantime? Not sure, but I suppose each person has a different way of dealing with that.

This shot from our Swiss trip taken over a decade back reminds me that some destinations, are never meant for us. Wisdom is knowing when to give up looking for them and accept what we have instead.
