(Taken from my travel diary—On the headland between Galle and Unawatuna, roughly, a 2 km walk from the beach, is the Japanese Peace Pagoda on Rumasalla Hill—one of four Buddhist stupas in Sri Lanka, where you will find this statue of the Buddha.)
