(Taken from my travel diary—On the headland between Galle and Unawatuna, roughly, a 2 km walk from the beach, is the Japanese Peace Pagoda on Rumasalla Hill—one of four Buddhist stupas in Sri Lanka, where you will find this statue of the Buddha.)

Peaceful and poised as always, my eternal strength, the Buddha. Love the quote.
